How much does it cost?
Between €300 and €1,200 for setup, depending on the package, plus a monthly retainer from €49. Content (articles and newsletters) is paid per piece, from €50. Every figure is in the pricing section, with no hidden tiers.
The final number is agreed in the proposal, before any work starts.
How long does it take?
Lead response automation goes live in 5 to 7 business days. A website takes 2 to 4 weeks, including the time you need to send us copy and photographs.
I already have a website. Is it worth changing?
Not always. We run a free audit and, if your current site holds up, we connect the automations to it and leave it at that. We only propose a new site when the existing one is costing you enquiries.
How does maintenance work?
It covers hosting, domain, security updates, daily backups and content changes. Ask by email or WhatsApp and we handle it — no new quote each time.
Is the ad spend included in the €250 per month?
No. The €350 setup and the €250 per month cover our management work. The ad spend is paid by you directly to Google and Meta, with the accounts in your name and your card attached — it never passes through us and carries no margin of ours.
Budget around €300 per month per platform, or €500 if you want Google and Meta running at the same time. That is not our rule: below that the platforms do not collect enough conversions to optimise. If the budget is not there right now, it is better to concentrate everything on one platform than to split across two.
Setup includes full measurement, not just the campaigns: Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager and Conversion API. You then get a monthly report in plain language — what you spent, how many enquiries came in, what each one cost and what we changed.
How quickly do you answer a support request?
Within 1 business day, by email or WhatsApp — the same window we give a proposal request.
If something is down — site offline or an automation failing — we treat it as urgent and do not wait out the 24 hours.
Whose name are the domain and accounts in, and what happens if I leave?
Yours, as standard and by our own preference. The domain, the hosting, the ad accounts and the measurement tools are registered in your name from day one, and you give us access. They are your assets; it makes no sense for them to hang off us.
The monthly retainer still covers the cost and the management. If you would rather we handled the purchase and registration because it is quicker, we do that too — and in that case we transfer everything to you whenever you ask, at no charge.
Leaving is therefore simple: there is no lock-in, you are free to exit at 90 days with 30 days’ notice, and there is no exit fee. Since everything is already in your name, there is nothing to reclaim.
