How long does it take?
Between 2 and 4 weeks, counting the time it takes you to send us information and photos. The turnaround is written into the proposal, and if we're the ones running late, we say why.
I don't have copy or photos. Is that a problem?
No. The copy is written together with us based on a conversation about your business. Real photos you already have are enough, and we tell you exactly what's worth photographing.
I already have a website. Is it worth switching?
Not always. We do a free audit and, if your current site holds up, we leave it there. We only propose a new site when the current one is holding back your enquiries.
If you do switch, we handle the domain and content migration without the site going down.
Do you build online stores?
We do: catalogue linked to stock, cart, payments by MB Way, Multibanco and card, shipping and order-status emails. It's not part of the table package because the work depends on the size of the catalogue — tell us what you sell and get a fixed quote in 3 business days.
What does the €49 monthly fee cover?
Hosting, domain, security updates, daily backups and content changes. Ask by email or WhatsApp and we handle it, with no new quote each time.
Is the website custom-built or based on a template?
It's custom-built. We don't start from a bought template or a drag-and-drop builder: the structure, design and copy are made for your business.
That's why the setup fee varies between €600 and €1,200 — it depends on the number of pages and the content to be produced, not a fixed package.
Does it include SEO, Google Analytics and the Meta pixel?
Baseline SEO is included: titles, descriptions, page structure, structured data and sitemap.
Measurement tools — Google Analytics 4, the Meta pixel and similar — are extra. We set them up, but they're outside the table price and go into the proposal if you want them.
Is the blog included in the 6 pages?
It isn't. The 6 pages are the fixed pages of the site: home, services, about, contact and whatever else makes sense.
Publishing articles regularly is the automated content service, separate, at €50 per piece with volume discounts.
Whose name is the domain and hosting registered under?
Yours, as a rule and by our own preference. The domain and hosting are registered in your name from the start and you give us access — they're your things, and there's no reason for them to be hanging off us. The €49 a month still covers the cost and management.
If you'd rather we handle the purchase and registration, for speed, we do that too — and in that case we transfer everything to you whenever you want, at no charge.
What if I want to leave?
You leave. There's no lock-in and the exit is free at 90 days, with 30 days' notice. As a rule, the domain, site and accounts are already in your name from the start; if anything ended up on our side, we transfer it, with no exit fee.
